Mixing 40% of Leccino, 30% of Frantoio, and 30% of Moraiolo.
I smell of noble grass, and a bit of black pepper.
My entry is sweet, with a soft bitter note which makes me “perfect”.
In the end I’m slightly biting, not invasive but delicate.
I give you hazelnut memories and hints of tomato taste
My color is yellow, my gente reflections are green.

I’m elegant… I’m “gourmand”, as the French say.
